My Life

I come from a very creative family and have always enjoyed the aesthetics of life, from art to clothes to interiors.

I love being outdoors and feel very lucky to be living in such a diverse area of Dorset, where you can be walking or cycling in the countryside one minute and kayaking out to Old Harry the next.

My Work

My design journey started straight after university, when I joined the Sales & Promotions team at local Dorset radio station 2CR FM (now Heart FM) creating campaigns, in clunky old PowerPoint! This led to me gaining my position in the Marketing team at the Lulworth Estate, where after a 10-minute lesson in Photoshop I started producing the estate-wide marketing and promotional assets; and over the next 14 years my love of designing & creating on the computer began.

Sadly, due to Covid-19, I was made redundant from Lulworth in 2020 and as I didn't want to give up my design career I decided to set up my part-time freelance graphic design business to co-exist alongside other work commitments.

I am mostly self-taught, with a few Adobe Creative Suite short courses thrown in for good measure, and a year-long Graphic Design course at AUB, running pre and post-pandemic, allowed me to learn a few more tricks!

I have experience producing artwork for both digital and print from product packaging, bespoke logos, vehicle wraps, directional signage, menus, attraction and business leaflets, promotional material for events and online social media graphics.
